I just called loss prevention at the cell-phone company and called the manager at the ambulance company. They were not amused. The ***** even called me, trying to buy me off, and I wondered where she had gotten my home and work numbers. Turns out that she got this from the form that you fill out when you go to a doctor's office and they give you a form on a clipboard.

I've had my card spoofed before it sucks but at least now the banks are quicker to recognize unusual charges.

I actually stopped swiping my card at most places. My Samsung phone Pay app works on all card scanners and sends a virtual card number to the terminal. it's more secure that way

I decided to make a change in the way I manage my credit and finances. Starting tomorrow I will no looking use my debit card for purchases. The debit card account will now only be used for rent and bills and transferring money to my savings. All purchases will now be on my credit card since I have cash back rewards and will pay off the card at the end of the month with the money in my checking.
