The one-page order allows the head of the Department of Health and Human Services or any other agency with authority under the law, not to enforce regulations that impose a financial burden on a state, company or individual.

I will tell you why. I had one of those low-cost catastrophic plans and they work like this: Example: the plan will cover cancer surgery but it will not cover chemotherapy. They will cover the cost of hospitalization for a few days for a heart attack but will not cover the cost of the drugs and physical therapy required for full recovery. Theye are bullshit crap policies

And perhaps worse, he could have essentially "destroyed" the ACA and attacked those subsidies directly by withdrawing the Obama administration's appeal of court rulings proclaiming the Silver plan deductible and cost-sharing subsidies to low income families unconstitutional. But that would have taken money from the insurance companies coffers, not the working man's wallet. Pretty easy to figure out who the Trump administration is representing, even after day one.

What good is a healthcare plan that you pay $6000 a year for and can't use it because the deductibles are too high? The tax penalty was unfair. The high premiums and high deductibles are killing the working middle class.

Now Congress will be forced to fix a 2000 page travesty.

That's exactly what Obama Care plans are. I applied and they gave me a quote of costing me over 20% of my net pay. Not only that, but the plan had a $7,000 deductible and a $7,100 out of pocket, plus $50.00 copay for doctors visits and no prescription, dental care or vision.
