Thank you Trump, his first E.O. just destroyed obama care

I can go back to my old policy that was $150 a month and only catastrophic.

No you can't. The pool that allowed $150 deductible excluded undesirables like people with pre-existing conditions and kicked people off when they got sick.

Those with pre-existing conditions are actually going to be covered..for real....I heard a health insurance expert interviewed who is familiar with the republican plans...they are going to deliver on this....and you asswipes are going to weep and pull out your hair...

Sooooooo close to having the government control our healthcare...and to see it all go away, as Americans get better and less expensive healthcare...without politicians and bureaucrats controlling it.......

Sad, sad day for you asswipes...

Quit talking as if there aren't more elections. Where's the Replace? We're waiting. It's been 7 or 8 years, and the wingnuts STILL don't have one ready. Good grief.

No you can't. The pool that allowed $150 deductible excluded undesirables like people with pre-existing conditions and kicked people off when they got sick. Even Republicans now think it was a bad idea and there is not going to be a free lunch to make it happen..

I had it before Obamacare, and it will comeback if allowed, it is a lot cheaper than my expensive catastrophic policy I have now. $450 a month, $1800 deductible. I have been paying for it for two years now and I have yet been able to afford to use it. It is an expensive policy with no real benefit. Sorry, buddy you were conned by the ACA, not my fault you were gullible.

Thank you president Trump...

President Donald Trump, fulfilling a campaign promise to start to repeal Obamacare on Day 1, signed an order directing federal agencies to waive enforcement of large swaths of the law.

The one-page order allows the head of the Department of Health and Human Services or any other agency with authority under the law, not to enforce regulations that impose a financial burden on a state, company or individual.

It's so broad it could allow many of the law's provisions, including many of taxes it imposes on insurers and the requirement that individuals buy insurance, to die from lack of enforcement

How many people will go bankrupt and die under the GOP white minority rule and their healthcare plan? Any ideas?

What good is a healthcare plan that you pay $6000 a year for and can't use it because the deductibles are too high? The tax penalty was unfair. The high premiums and high deductibles are killing the working middle class.

Now Congress will be forced to fix a 2000 page travesty.
So, what do you think he did that would reduce the deductibles and lower your costs?

I can go back to my old policy that was $150 a month and only catastrophic.
When can you do that? Do you think the insurance companies will decide to offer them again? Do you think it will only be $150 when they bring these plans back if they do? How would you feel if when they bring them back, they've raised the cost of the plan to $300? Are there any measures or laws to prevent them from doubling the price the plan was 6 years ago?

Dismantling ACA without a replacement is very reckless.

Moron...they have stated over and over that when they repeal it the are also replacing it.........is this part of the derangement syndrome, the inability to hear what conservatives actually say?

Then perhaps Trump should wait until the replacement is ready before signing an executive order.

And we've yet to receive details on the replacement. But that's typical Trump. All talk but no details.

He's been the President for 24 hours now. How long did it take to get Commie Care up and running?

We're waiting for this Replace part. Should be a laugher. No way the GOP can maintain their conservative belifefs while insuring everyone, which Trump said it would do.

GOPers don't have the guts to admit that they simply don't believe everyone should be insured, and that if you get sick and die because you can't get insurance, then the free market has spoken.
Has it ever once occurred to you that health care for all might be achievable if we had tax reform, jobs, a healthy economy, and secure borders? Ponder that. Then explain to us how how obama's plan was viable?

Yes, we got all of those under Obama. Not sure what your grievances are here. He ended the Bush Recession, brought most soldiers home from Bush's losing wars (yes, he should've done more on that), and you even have your precious cheap gasoline back. And Mexicans illegals are not pouring in anymore. Whatcha whining about?

Lies.

DumBama had nothing to do with lowering cost of fuel. You can thank Fracking for that which DumBama and most on the left are against. And yes, illegals are still pouring in, and yes, our solders are home while ISIS is still making headway in Iraq that our solders fought so hard for.
Isis never happened until the GOP invasion.

And did the Iraqi's asked us to "liberate" them?

After all, we went to the Middle East over the 9/11 attack. To take down Bin Laden. How did that work out for the GOP?

Everything else just was invented as it went along.

The reason we went to the Middle East was to take out Bin Laden. Period.

let me say it again.

The reason we went to the Middle East was to take out Bin Laden. And the GOP couldn't even do that right. Left it to Obama. And laughed at him when he said he was going to do it.

If that's your angle.. Just a question if you're so poor and sick how do you afford to post on a computer or phone child?

.

I'm not talking about me. I'm thinking of other people, who through no fault of their own either can't afford insurance or can't get it due to already being sick under the pre-Obamcare rules.

No one is answering my question, btw. How many people will die under the GOP's "replacement"?

As many as would die under Obamacare and the high deductibles. It is worthless insurance.

Where's the Replace? We're waiting. It's supposed to cover everyone, like Trump promised, and be cheaper with lower deductibles. It's going to be laughable watching the GOP try to devise such a law.

If they rid us of the mandate, then it will be cheaper, I can go back to what I had. What is laughable is that you think ACA was good to begin with.

Why are we debating the ACA? It's going to be replaced by the GOP. Where is the Replace? That's what I will debate. What will it be? We don't know. Only several years to come up with one, and still nothing. What a joke.

I don't care if it is replaced, I want it gone. To compel a person to purchase insurance as a pretense to being legal is wrong.

Yeah...it is called competition...another company will offer the plan at a cheaper price and he will buy that plan...that is the miracle of freedom and competition.......when you don't have in state monopolies...which we used to have, then these companies actually have to compete for our money......and the plans get better and cheaper and actually offer what people are looking for...just like t.v.s, and cell phones...

Way to completely ignore everything I tried to explained to you about how insurance pools work and why insurance companies no longer can provide cheap policies by carefully skimming the pool of undesirables with pre-existing conditions.

There is no such thing as catastrophic only policy under Obamacare. It specifically lays out standard of coverage that includes basic preventative care (without deductible or co-pay) and things like maternity care.

Again this has to do with the pool quality that you pay into - by changing the maternity risk on the bigger pool burden on women and procreating families is decreased.

So what exactly to make of the silly puff piece that Trump signed as an executive order? It asks agencies to "reduce economic burden", but that means nothing in a what is a large network of trade offs, where one person's loss is another's win.

You still don't get Trump....even as he sits in the actual oval office.....after defeating the Republicans, the clintons and the obamas.........and as he states he is getting funding for the wall from congress so he can start to build it right away...and that he will still get Mexico to pay for it....and as one of the first things he did was to sign an order going after obamacare...

you morons still don't think he means what he says? You guys....how do you eat and put clothes on without help?
Mexico is not paying for any ******* wall. What the hell is wrong with you?

Is E. O. Was about not me paying for you.

Why should I?

Yes I wanted you to be born but then you make choices in life

To eat the fudge cake?

Or take the carrots?
.

People are born into poverty and sickness...the stupid right thinks they chose to be so. So stupid. No wonder Trump lost the popular vote by 3 million votes.

So because we want to stop the government from keeping them in poverty we are the villains?

That's only day one..

.
And that includes caps. If you are capped at 50 grand and the cost is 100 grand, you are so fucked. Hilarious. And if you have pre existing conditions, die mother ******. And keeping your children on your health care while they go to college? No way.

Glad to find someone on my side who revels in ******* over the American People. Feels good, doesn't it.

Hope those miners all die. Hilarious.

God, it's FUN to be a Republican.

GOOD JOB!

Yes....keep lying....keep lying.....and as the days go by...and Trump actually provides real healthcare...what will you do then? Each day that goes by your stupidity is revealed....and you become more shrill, less rational.....and more likely more violent....
Trump ain't providing jack shit unless you are another billionaire. He doesn't care about your kind. Get over it.

My insurance has gone up and my deductibles have gone up since Obamacare started. When you aren't forced to purchase plans that have government stipulation, the insurance companies are going to offer plans that will be competitive and fit want the market wants. Just like they did before Obamacare.

No..isis happened because obama pulled out our troops without caring about keeping the peace in Iraq and Afganistan....as our troops are still in Germany, Japan, and Italy 72 years after the end of the 2nd World War.....

The only reason obama could give the order for Navy Seals to kill bin laden...was because of all the effort of George Bush...and even with the set up all ready to go...he had to be badgered by Leon Panetta to actually do it......

Having someone else build the stadium, hire the coaches, the management, and the players, set up the training and the other infrastructure and win all the games and then have the last field goal kick from the 20 yard line....and then telling the team to make the kick......that is obama...coming in at the last second to simply give the order...after all the actual work was done by Bush.....

And like an asshole, obama takes all the credit...

Maybe what you should do is go to the Commie Care web site to find out how wrong you are. I did, and the closet thing I could afford was catastrophic plans that were way out of my league. On the other hand, the guy that makes my french fries at McDonald's has great healthcare. But then again, it's likely he'll be voting Democrat.

We went in to take out Saddam as well. That was the purpose of going into Iraq. And no, it didn't have anything to do with 911. Bush believed that he could possibly prevent another 911.

The country was stable until big-ears wanted to win reelection, and allowed all those Iraq citizens to die a horrible death just so he could get another 4 years in the White House.
