Thank God for secularism

Secular means neutral when it comes to religion, not hostile to religion as you want it.
Secular means that there has to be a wall between religion and the state. Otherwise, we become a religious state, and we see how well that works in the Middle East at present and in Europe in the past. Forcing one religions rules to be displayed in schools is a breach in that wall. And that cannot be tolerated.

I bet nobody here even knows what the fourth commandment means.

And yet allowing moral preaching on LBGT stuff is somehow OK?

The "wall" is a made up term from the religion haters. The 1st amendment was to protect religious freedom, not to replace it with the current lefty morality crusades.

Do you know what "secular society" mean?
It means different things to different people.

To those with religion, it means the government won't pass any laws to enforce the beliefs of any one particular religion.

To those who are atheists, it means everyone else should be an atheist too.

God is not religious.
Take just the Sun as an example. IT will not be a decision discussed often yet it is a mirqacle. Hurling throug space as it rotages is the swun we see daily moving at The Sun moves through space at an average speed of about 220 kilometers per second (approximately 490,000 miles per hour) as it orbits the center of the Milky Way galaxy. This journey takes the Sun around 225 to 250 million years to complete one full orbit. Forbes
Then Earth rotates around the Sun approaching it then trailing it in an orbit which too is a miracle. GOD did that too.

AND all references to the civil rights movement. or diversity.
Do you really have an issue with civil rights? That all people are treated fairly? As a white christian male i am a strong believer that we are all created equal. The covil rights movement was a positive part.

Christ espoused socialist principles as did the early church.
He certainly did not. Nor did the church.

. . . when atheists presume to lecture folks about the Christ and the church, they just make themselves into fools IMO.

Not once, in all of the bible, did Christ say that the STATE should have dominion over the souls of those who it ruled.

. . and lets not even get into the early church. . . it supported the ruling class, and was run by the same Roman families that had historically run the Senate. There was no such notion of "socialist principles," involved there.

Where do you get such delusions?

Surprised you are a Christian.
Which conservative seminaries in the US encourage this?
Acts 2: 45: They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need
Acts 4:32: No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had.
Acts 4:34: For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put it at the apostles’ feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need.

As I said earlier people interpret God's word as they want it to read, they impose their will upon God's word rather than God's word upon their will.

Who here is an atheist?

I saw you do that very thing.

Do you think you are the only white Christian male who thinks so?
