Thank God for secularism

Actually, thank Constitutional norms.

Christianity will never trump Constitutional norms. Secularism will always be the norm, and never any perceived biblical values, which only exist in the minds of the deluded, and easily led.

You guys want a new constitution. Constitutions do not guarantee anything. The communist ones as an example.

Even though TX is as 'Murica as it can get, there are deep Christian Nationalist movements, politicians, businessmen, clergymen that are influencing and financially backing the politics of the state. Regardless of your political affiliation, our country was founded on religious freedoms and the separation of church and state. Christian nationalism is not something a true disciple of Christ would ever support as it is antithesis of Jesus' actual example.

Yes, there is nothing wrong with the 10 commandments in principle, but they are directly related to Christian/Judeo religions and should not be mandated by ANY law to be displayed.

If you love our country, you should love that which backs the country and that is the Constitution and the Republic for which it stands.

Do you support schools celebrating Pride Day?

Should we continue to lock our doors at night and while away, or no?
Yes, excellent point. Robbery didnt start until they stopped shoving your dogma down childrens throats in school.

I fail to read the relevancy

That's a yes.

The Pride Movement is a hard left political alliance to mobilize people to advocate for lefty political issues.

Celebrated and taught in our schools by lefty "teachers".

You support that. You oppose any pushback by the other side.

This is just you watnting to win. Anythign else is just shit talk.

And this is where you show ignorance. If you looked at any of my past postings you could surmise that I would NOT support it. Instead of trying to carry the conversation forward, you asked an illogical question that had no relevance to the actual context of my post to try and postulate what I believe.

I am fairly conservative but I am moderate socially, more libertarian I suppose. I don't care what adults want to do with their own bodies, or who they want to sleep with or attracted to. However, I strongly draw the line at any type of sexual teachings to children that outside of biological science and firmly against any type of hormonal treatments or GAC to children or teens.

If you were against "sexual teaching to childern out outside of biological science",

then why hesitate to condemn PRIDE DAY?

I believe the KKK were big on Christian Nationalism.

Because the premise of your question was completely irrelevant and a red herring to my post.

Summary:
Me - Here is why Christian Nationalism is bad
You - Do you support schools supporting Pride Day

Huh?

A lot of bad has been birthed out of Christianity. However, that doesn't make Christ 'bad'.

Not sure if it's the same in the States but here in the UK we have Catholic Schools and Church of England Schools, i attended a C of E School with some friends while other friends went to a Catholic School in the same Town, to me it just divides people, these days we have some Muslim Schools where the boys are separated from the Girls even in the same building, i believe that no Religion should have a say in running any School, by all means teach about the different religions and leave it at that.

YOur refusal to engage, is your choice.

I don't see any relevance to your statement. Would you like to explain the connection?
