Texas turning blue

Bullshit. You'd be screaming just as loudly about ANY Dem in the White House.

No one is fooled
Says you and your temper tantrum. You refuse to admit he lied you’re just lashing out like a petulant child. You cut off my post because you’re a dishonest douchebag and could not refute those talking points. No one is fooled.

There's no bringing the country together with people like you on one side...people who's only goal is to "own the libs"...

So history and knowledge mean nothing to you?
Well arighty then

Just remember.....ISIS and the Taliban also don't care about history....they erase it

Cheers

PS...
Could also change back
Hispanics are a rapidly growing segment of the population. One day probably outnumbering whites.
Did you think they forgot....or came here to get their land back.

Sometimes thinking is necessary to understand the big picture.

Hispanics are also predominantly Catholic, which means they don't support killing babies in the womb and promoting sexual degeneracy to children.

I guess you missed Texas House District 118 which is 75% Hispanic and flipped red 2 weeks ago. Biden won it by 14 points just 9 months ago.
I guess you also missed that Governor-elect Youngkin WON the Hispanic vote by 9 points in Virginia at the same time.

Your virtue signaling is waning and the minorities are starting to see through your lies.

Born and raised in Texas. Is seriously considering a run for governor.

The job of governor of a state is a serious one.

One that should be filled by someone who has experience working in government.

If he wants to run for governor he should start by running for a seat in the state congress to learn how government works so he has some experience working in the government.

Just because he was born and raised in Texas doesn't mean he's qualified to run the state.

The man is an actor for heaven's sake.

He has no business being governor until he puts in some time learning and working in government.

Way to go! Bravo Guillen!

"Friends, something is happening in South Texas, and many of us are waking up to the fact that the values of those in Washington, D.C., are not our values, not the values of most Texans," Guillen said. "The ideology of defunding the police, of destroying the oil and gas industry and the chaos at our border is disastrous for those of us who live here in South Texas."
One must ask themselves , are you an American or are you a Democrat?

Republican margin of victory over Democrats in Texas over the last several presidential elections:

2008: 11.77%
2012: 15.79%
2016: 8.99%
2020: 5.58%

We'll see, but it looks like it's trending blue to me.

Maybe when Texas goes blue, we can finally have a bipartisan discussion about the electoral college? Or maybe we end up doing something stupid like splitting Montana into four separate states or something. We'll see.

Thank you. I've been trying to warn my fellow Republicans about this. If we continue to let Dems import voters from south of the border, Texas will turn blue.

State Rep. Ryan Guillen has been one of the most conservative Democrats in the Texas House of Representatives since 2002.

His switch to the GOP comes after his rural border district was redrawn to heavily favor Republicans under new maps signed in October by Republican Gov. Greg Abbott.

Self preservation by a right wing STATE legislator

If you think that's a trend....you're stoopid
It's not a trend. In this case it was allowed. The trend begins next Nov, and no liberal trash will be allowed to save themselves by switching parties.

Apparently your stupid wall wasn't all that effective. You know, like we told you.

Here are some charts that will upset you.

Seriously?

You think there will be talks about the EC if the democrats take the second largest EC state and secure presidential elections for the next decade at least?

I mean really, you DO know what is important to the parties, right? Power is all that matters.

Yea.

If Texas turns into a blue state, then it will be very difficult for Republicans to win a presidential election with the EC being so heavily in favor of blue.

If that happens, maybe Republicans would be open to reconsidering the EC.

Democrats have already been open to changing this process as they keep winning the popular vote but losing the EC. Republicans losing Texas might bring Republicans to the table to discuss this.

What’s the issue?

Oh, I have no doubt that republicans way want to discuss the issue at that point.

I also have exactly zero doubt that the democrats will pretend there never was a discussion in the first place.

That’s very possible as well.

Having that in mind, maybe it would be beneficial for Republicans to actually reconsider the electoral college NOW?

There are many different views. Anyway in a totalitarian progressive socialist state it would be right to spit and shit in food being made at manufacturing plants. And then not caring in quality control with it. That will happen. No threats from Non Progs to Progs needed. Who cares when you are an unhappy slave.

Texas just passed the open carry law in 2016, and this year passed a law where you can carry without a permit......and Beto O'Rourke thinks he can win the race for governor.:auiqs.jpg:

It's good that he's running again. He's going to take campaign contributions away from other Dems in the state, and he's still going to lose by 10 or 15 points.
