And, the shooter's name sounds more Jewish than than the victims' names do, so that angle is out, it's just some asshole neighbors who let their dogs run loose all the time finally driving somebody over the edge. Glad my town passed ordinances over that and letting dogs bark all damn night, making it easy to get them shut up or locked up, or the same for their owners if they don't think laws apply to them. We don't get these kinds of problems around here. Good fences and good city ordinances make good neighbors.
