The indictment is a joke.

He acted within his authority. He has the power of a line item veto as Governor of Texas.

What this is really about is throwing mud on him to make him look bad for the Presidential bid.

I am sure there is a lot of influence behind this indictment. I wouldn't be surprised if Bush influence was behind it also.

Why?

It would mean fewer contenders for Jeb in the Presidential race.

And what would Jeb do that's good for the U.S.?

Not a damned thing (constructive that is). I'm sure there is a WHOLE LOT of destruction he could wrought.

He already advocates amnesty for the illegals.

His wife is hispanic. Do you think he would be against illegal immigration or for securing the borders? Of course not.

Considering his minority leanings, do think he would repeal Obamacare? No. That might hurt the hispanics.
