Chairman Allen West's Response to SCOTUS Decision - Republican Party of Texas
RPT Chairman Allen West's statement regarding the SCOTUS decision to dismiss Texas's constitutionally legitimate and critical lawsuit.www.texasgop.org
YES YES YES! I am ready to pack and move because I know damn well my spineless coward of a governor would sit on his ass and do nothing!
I've shaped my own beliefs for quite some time now.....But I'm smart enough to know that the foremost jurists in the land were never going to hear this suit. It had no legal basis in fact.Who told you what you believe?as with a great deal of stuff..you were told wrong.
This is NOT over by a long shot.
It's not over til' is over!
Bless Trump! Bless all Patriots!![]()
This means only one thing..the SCOTUS is part of the Deep State. - Trump voter
Yes- that's been obvious for a long time- they granted Police Immunity with impunity choosing to come down on the side of a Police State- although, countering that, they have ruled against Asset Forfeiture- by and large, they rule, not in favor of liberty, or the constitution, as written, but in favor of interpretation- which aggravates the hell out of me, a literalist, who loves to point out that without definition, interpretation doesn't exist-the SCOTUS is part of the Deep State.
And you're as sad as what you represent- anti-liberty.Damn, this is entertaining. Almost as entertaining as the real Looney Tunes.

It's also called States Rights....It's call Law and Order....We were told this SCOTUS would always rule in Trump’s favor. How is this possible?
You've been told a lot of things. We were told this SCOTUS would always rule in Trump’s favor. How is this possible?
no. that is not what it means.Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.
That's pretty ambiguous- what it means is; the SC didn't like the wording-
cognizable interest is precisely what that means-that is not what it means.
You haven't?You've been told a lot of things.
Nope. stop it. it's clearly beyond your grasp.cognizable interest is precisely what that means-that is not what it means.
