The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has filed a lawsuit accusing a Texas crane company of subjecting four Black employees to racial discrimination and harassment, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.

EEOC said TNT Crane & Rigging openly displayed nooses and white supremacy symbols, and subjected the employees to verbal abuse and racial slurs.

"The EEOC also charged the company, which has over 40 branches in the United States and Canada, with retaliating against a white employee for raising allegations of race-based discrimination at its Fort Worth branch," the Star-Telegram's report stated. "The employee reported the racial discrimination and harassment, which included a noose in the workplace, to multiple levels of management and HR, according to the EEOC press release. However, the company took no effective action, the EEOC said."

It's 2023 and black folks are dealing with the same type of racist garbage that we dealt with in 1923.

More information:

In the suit, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division, the EEOC seeks compensatory damages and punitive damages for the four Black employees. Additionally, the EEOC seeks back pay, compensatory damages, punitive damages and reinstatement or front pay for the white employee. The allegations violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination based on race and prohibits employers from retaliating against employees who report discriminatory treatment, the EEOC said. “We would hope that after 60 years of statutory protections of federal anti-discrimination laws, we could have moved far beyond the grim and hate-fueled threat messages of nooses and Nazi symbols,” said Dallas EEOC Regional Attorney Robert Canino in the release. “The U.S. courts, however, remain an effective forum by which we can educate the public and ensure compliance through monetary and injunctive remedies.”

What did the Honky Management do to these employees that they didn't do to anyone else? Merely exercising their free speech rights in support of national socialism is protected speech as per the 1st Amendment.

Just like if management started putting up "black lives matter" or rainbow flags, to support homosexuality and black radicalism.

Strictly protected.

But, if the nazi coworkers were pissing in the black workers' corn flakes or someone like that, solely because of their race- that would be an EEOC violation.

I use to have a Black employee. He was American but I frequently called him "The Haitian".

That's the way Americans are, at least traditionally. Poke a little bit of fun at people. Call the fat man "Tiny" and the American Indian "Chief".

All just part of the American experience which is traditionally a little bit self-deprecating.

But libs are interested in "grievances". So now, everyone has to wear tight underwear.

There are no details provided whatsoever.
The allegation is one WHITE employee (not black - WHITE) said that 4 of his black co-workers were subjected to racial pressures by employees hanging up nooses and Nazi symbols.
Strangely these 4 black employees filed no suit, and are not a part of the lawsuit.

Also - the lawsuit is not about racist acts, rather the WHITE employee said his hours were cut after filing a complaint.

The fact that the 4 black employees have not even complained about it - tells me most likely whatever the details are - they are not what is implied.

I work and am good friends with a black man that jokingly makes little nooses all the time. I always tell him he’s an idiot. He thinks it’s hilarious. Great guy though regardless.

He is embarrassed by trash blacks the same way I’m embarrassed by white liberals.

Here we go with the usual story of the black person who loves him some white racism. That guy is a trash black.
