What accusation? It's on record that he was using her medical funds to pay his lawyers.

And by the way there were dissenting opinions as to her state. Two doctors came to the conclusion that she was definitely in a "minimally conscious state".

That's a pretty big deal. Now the Judge like a dog on a bone was clearly biased for Mikey and despite these respected opinions by these two doctors ruled for Mike.
