It is like a case of rape. Girl sleeps with some guy. He doesn't call her in the morning, so she gets mad and cries rape. She has no proof that it was not consensual. Do you hang the guy anyway?

Trump was railroaded because his accuser could not prove anything except him talking bad about her. That is why they could not prove a rape occurred and ABC lost a ton of money saying it did.

I've already stated what I want done......which is a full investigation of both parties and the incident, but under WA state law, they can't interview the perp without an attorney and so far, that's not been done or his attorney has advised against it. IDK.

I also don't think any trans should be allowed in opposite sex sports.

Good grief.........NO there is no concrete evidence FOR OR AGAINST the allegations, only he said/she said......period. And in this case, it's not just about whether he groped her or not, but also how the school handled her complaint. Since the Federal Dept of Education is also doing an investigation as well as the police and the school district.......if there is anything to prosecute, then they'll proceed.

So far, that I am aware the one accused can't be interviewed for his side of the story until after speaking with an attorney, according to state law. I have no clue if he has an attorney or not, but would assume so given the situation and if so, the attorney may have advised him against giving a statement. If he doesn't have an attorney, I think that's pretty stupid on his part.


I don't know if he did or didn't do it just because of lack of any evidence other than her claim and a 17 second video that was clipped from the full recording. I've watched it several times and the best I can see of any chance of it happening is in the first 3 or so seconds, but without more footage of what lead up to that, it's really hard to tell, and it still may not show enough.

Is this boy guilty??? IDK, maybe, maybe not, but the girl did make the complaint to the coach (I believe was said) and they were going to look into it and get back to her. I guess this coach didn't follow thru(?) or report it to his superiors until after the girl went to the media.

It would be alot easier if there were other videos available as I'm sure her mom wasn't the only parent recording the match, or even others statements.

Because the school didn't respond to the initial complaint. The girl (victim) had told the coach within a few days and the coach said they'd look into it and later reported to the school or district(?) that didn't follow up on it......then later said they weren't informed until 01/30. The incident happened in early December

Or perhaps because of her trauma it took a few days to report it. Sometimes victims are too embarrassed, IDK why she didn't jump right up and scream it from the rafters


As for proof........that is a tough one to prove especially in a full contact sport like a wrestling match.

Unfortunately a thorough investigation, including the he/she is illegal in this state.

As I'd said earlier in this thread........there is no proof either way, just because of the sport itself without body cams on both participants and even that may not catch everything. It is fully reliant on the victims allegations and her story, period. Until or unless the opponent speaks with an attorney first and is willing to tell their side........and it's still a 'he said, she said'.
