As I'd said earlier in this thread........there is no proof either way, just because of the sport itself without body cams on both participants and even that may not catch everything. It is fully reliant on the victims allegations and her story, period. Until or unless the opponent speaks with an attorney first and is willing to tell their side........and it's still a 'he said, she said'.


When it comes to any kind of sexual misconduct, I will always side with victim unless or until there is any information to suggest otherwise.

It is like a case of rape. Girl sleeps with some guy. He doesn't call her in the morning, so she gets mad and cries rape. She has no proof that it was not consensual. Do you hang the guy anyway?

Trump was railroaded because his accuser could not prove anything except him talking bad about her. That is why they could not prove a rape occurred and ABC lost a ton of money saying it did.

I guess the state should ban transgenders from sports and not allow boys to wrestle girls. Should they also ban lesbians and gays so that doesn't happen in same-sex matches?

You would have to consult young female wrestlers on that. Thus far, it's not been made obvious that lesbian wrestlers have male bone mass, muscular development, aerobic capacity and strength. IOW, there are more reasons to ban boys from wrestling with girls than to ban lesbians.

Does a teenaged girl have the same reaction to a lesbian she doesn't like who sexually harasses her that she does to a boy who does the same thing? I'm not a female so I don't know. I have a wife and adult daughter and know they are not happy if a man harasses them.

Because the school didn't respond to the initial complaint. The girl (victim) had told the coach within a few days and the coach said they'd look into it and later reported to the school or district(?) that didn't follow up on it......then later said they weren't informed until 01/30. The incident happened in early December

It's very simple: the midshipman will excuse ANYTHING done by a government school. Having spent most of his adult life working in that system (and now collecting a pension), he will defend any action to ensure the slops keep getting dumped into the trough.

As a woman who has been hit on hard by a lesbian, I can say it's just as bad as being hit on by a man I'm not attracted to.
