People are showing up in hospitals ODing on crap that doesn't show up in drug tests and doctors aren't always sure how to treat patients.
they say there are over 200 synthetic drugs being sold.
they can't be made illegal because they can mix and match.

Refuse to treat them, they snuff it, then chalk one more daft pillock up to Darwin.

That way, the hospital saves the money it'll probably never recover and the world gets rid of one more idiot.

It's amazing what's out there now. Reading through drug law statutes the other day I was blown away how many specific chemical combinations are illegal. 95% of which I'd never heard of.
