Teacher tenure law found unconstitutional (California)

There is no way in hell this decision will be upheld on appeal. This means too much to the powerful teachers' Union and their tentacles reach deep inside the political power structure and the judicial system. They will ultimately get their way.

This is a no-brainer, folks.


You may be right, unfortunately. This is what is happening to the American "judicial" system these days. Laws are being used to enslave - not free.

Teacher's Unions will spend millions to influence the courts. Still, the idea of "tenure" for these clowns is as repugnant as the federal unions who protect government workers (and especially those at the VA) from being terminated for cause.

THIS is what this country has come to. A Kingdom of government employees immune to the people they supposedly "serve".
