To reiterate, I'm guessing people like Rob are just not used to attacks and criticism. In Hollywood among his own kind, these people are fawned over, photographed, made stars of. To a guy like Reiner, being asked questions, doubted, contradicted, told he's wrong, full of it, etc., by the common rabble, must have seemed like a real trauma unlike anything he ever suffered elsewhere in life.
