Trumps tax returns are obviously a matter of some conjecture and I am told that the Dems may decide that they need looking at.
Are they able to do that or could they just ask Mr Mueller to fax them across ?
Has Mr Mueller seen them ?

The dems can subpoena Trump's returns.
I don't think the dems can work with directly Mueller, that would be way too obvious, its like they are on the same team...hmmmm.
