Costco started carrying a lot of USDA Prime cuts and some of them are not so good either. I think maybe standards for the classification have been lowered.

It really surprised me when my local Target set up an aisle of groceries in the back. I shopped it one or two times and found it lame. I'm not sure how Target even stays in business.

They have nicer clothes and housewares and stuff than other such stores. But their grocery section is only a small step above a drug store’s. It just seems like an odd retail model

I would submit that depends. The local Target as a grocery the size of a normal grocery. The whole place is pretty huge.
