There is a genuine gap in the understandings of liberals and conservatives.

I'm a recovering liberal BA, where i to somehow go back in time to my former self there would be little hope in my (now) understandings to be imparted on such an idealistic youth

I, too, was once a fuzzy-headed liberal.

I got older, better educated, better informed and far more logical and wiser.

Growing up and learning is a good thing.
