Gov Newsom has declared Ca to be an Abortion Sanctuary State and has declared ANYONE can come to.Ca for an abortion.

'Under California law, minors can access reproductive health care, obtain birth control, and receive abortion services without parental notification or parental consent.'

I have read (rare) cases in some states of teachers driving students across state lines for them to get an abortion without parental knowledge let alone consent.

Newsom seems to relish the idea of minors being brought to Ca without parental consent to have abortions.

IMO any non-parent taking minors out of state to have abortions without parental knowledge should face child endangerment', 'Human Trafficking', and potentially kidnapping charges.

In the cases above I read where teachers drove minors out of state for abortions, after the deed was done they drove the kids home and dumped them off to go home to unsuspecting parents / families, leaving the kids to the wreckage / aftermath with no medical, mental, or local support.

It seems all they cared about was the right to / access to abortions, not the well-being / health of the child.

Without the permission of a parent or guardian it's the very definition of it.

It's also a federal Mann Act violation.....The act made it a felony to engage in interstate or foreign commerce transport of "any woman or girl for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose".

The state of Idaho has determined that abortion is immoral except under certain circumstances.

Idaho has always had minimal public transportation.
Bus rides downtown Boise are sparse...not a great schedule either.

Greyhound only goes to its stations....which are not by an abortion clinic.

So if a company advertised bus rides out of state to an abortion clinic....they would get shut down or jailed in Idaho in a heartbeat.
