Of course, smoking grass will still be legal as it is still California.

i guess people will sneak a regular coffin nail into their pack of joints to try and skate by?

What I don't get here, is that I would think that the smell of fine tobacco burning would help cover the smell of everyone taking Otis Redding's advice to be "s******g on the dock of the bay"?

Will they all stop smoking meth then?

I support smoking bans inside public places if there is no way to create smoking and non-smoking sections, but outdoor bans are the stuff of persecution.

Studies that claim serious health problems relating to "second hand smoke" are all bogus. It can be an irritation but adults learn to live with such things as a part of living in a free society. No smoking in enclosed spaces? Sure. But outdoors…insanity.

Yeah....
They just want to virtue signal by being tough on tobacco....nevermind the fentanyl, meth, crack, and other drugs they take constantly. Those recreational drugs are medically necessary for them to function.
:th_believecrap:

Fisherman's Warf is empty.....the restaurants and bakeries are gone, the fish shops are gone, produce is non-existent....it sits empty most days.
No one goes there anymore.

It once used to be a great place.....
I seen in a news clip the restaurant my grandmother took me to lunch when I was a little boy....I ate scallops in that window booth.....

The people are gone....its not a tourist destination anymore.
