In 2023 it says we spent 880 billion dollars on Medicaid. So even if it was 1 trillion in 2024 that means it leaves 200 billion dollars with an 800 billion dollar cut. This sucks, don't it? I tell you that inflation sure did. And those payouts kept going while people suffered through the inflation begging for help.
