Processed meat, that while it does have a vague meat flavor, that is due to the overload of seasonings they put in the meat adjacent crap, along with all the sodium.

Veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) that are anything but fresh. Real Mexican restaurants use fresh veggies.

Processed cheese (think shredded Velveeta).

And I cant recall ever seeing a single mexican in a taco bell.
Which is totally understandable when you have a shitload of taco trucks roaming around that are far better than taco bell.
