Willie Sutton said he robbed banks because that is where the money is. If you are targeting student visa holders then campuses are naturally where the bulk of that will go down because that is where they are. I don't agree with the policy generally, maybe in a few cases. If they are out there saying Death to America, sure deport them. If they are saying simply divest from Israel, then not. Most of these folks are too obscure to know exactly which ones fall into which camps. Hopefully the SCOTUS will slap Trump down again. Until then it is what it is.
