This ICE protests are well organized and co ordinated, looks a lot like some of the color revolutions that the security state has fermented over the last few years, to effect regime "improvements" in countries they show an interest. This one in Maine looks a lot like the end run they did with the Contras and to Mexico to generate some action. This whole Somali zero tolerance thing may come from a plan to switch things up.
