A Delaware court has ruled that state laws on early and permanent-absentee voting violate the state constitution.

The state’s Superior Court ruled Friday that a 2019 law passed by the state legislature, which allows 10 days of early voting, violates the state constitution that the General Election is to be held on one day.
Why do you need 10 days to arrange the outcome in a solid blue state? Was is meant to be a template for other states.....

Southern Delaware is actually very ''red''

Northern Delaware is very ''blue.''

The middle has been creeping more into ''red'' territory over the last few years.

Biden isn't really guaranteed to win his own state. It's a very small state. Very unpredictable outcome, particularly given the voter demograph and the hard times for them that the Biden administration has greatly compounded.

The dems violated many election laws using Covid as an excuse.
