Supreme Court to Determine If Gender Dysphoria Is a Mental Illness Therefore Protected Under ADA

Private companies can do whatever they want. "Us guys" couldn't care less.
Sure you do. YOu are screaming like banshees about trans acceptance.

That is not reasonable

Men to not belong in women’s sports

And if they have a penis they should pee in the men’s restroom

The unelected demigods on the SC may or may not agree with that but it will not change the truth

Transwomen aren't men.

Sure you do. YOu are screaming like banshees about trans acceptance.

I don't scream, let alone like a banshee. A company wants to go all in on this trans nonsense - I say go for it. I think AB and Target have learned there are costs to that policy.

Interesting argument with which I agree that it’s a mental illness. But since it’s a mental illness everyone with high security jobs should be reassigned to peeling potatoes and rearranging the flowers in the lobby. You can’t have mentally ill people running our society.

The Supreme Court will soon decide whether to hear a case, Kincaid v. Williams, that turns on whether gender dysphoria is a protected category under the Americans With Disabilities Act, a decision that brings into focus how the clash over transgender rights could arrive at the high court’s docket in the heady days before the 2024 presidential election.

The ADA, co-sponsored by Senators Ted Kennedy and Harkin and passed in 1990, mandates that a “covered entity” shall not discriminate against “a qualified individual with a disability.” It aimed to expand the protections of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which encompasses race, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity, to reach those with disabilities.

The ADA defines a “disability” as a “physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.” In 2008, Congress mandated that “disability” shall be “construed in favor of broad coverage of individuals under this chapter, to the maximum extent permitted.”

So....What's the APA have to say about this? They removed homosexuality from their mental illness list in 1973.

Austin Killips, man, is known for winning the most women's titles in professional cycling.

He deprived women cyclists of deserved awards, titles, and honors at the expense of his male physical strength and endurance.

Accordingly, he came under fire of fair criticism from offended sports ladies, after which he threw himself into a media attack and, even, wrote an article about his difficult life.

He complained about the difficult psychological climate in which he is forced to survive.

Killips believes that all accusations against him about stripping female athletes of their awards are illegal.

Moreover, the trans shifter believes that "this is the reality that men win in women's sports." His logic is built on the premise that "if trans men are allowed to compete in women's sports, why can't they win?"

He also believes that there are very few men in women's sports, which is a big gender flaw that must be urgently corrected.

Without realizing it himself, he framed the competition organizers who gave permission for the trance-killing disorder of women's sports.

At this point, the feminists wept in tears. After all, it was their efforts that gave birth to trans women, whose rights are no "worse" than those of biological women. So we had to endure and accept the reality of "what we fought for, we got"!
