“Ever since Chief Justice John Roberts swore in Donald Trump at the US Capitol January 20 – with the eight other Supreme Court justices looking on – the question has been whether they would restrain a president who vowed to upend the constitutional order.

The answer, a half-year later, is no.

That was underscored this month by the court’s decisions allowing Trump to fire another set of independent regulators, to dismantle the Department of Education and to deport migrants to dangerous countries where they have no citizenship or connection.

Meanwhile, the fissures among the nine have deepened. They have condemned each other in written opinions and revealed the personal strains in public appearances.”

The Court’s codification of unitary executive dogma was one of its worst, most destructive, decisions.

I wonder if these can be made with a SCOTUS pic on the other side. . .

The Supreme Court Judges of the United States must judge each case on whether or not it is Constitutional, not personal preference. In cases where you see all nine judges, some being appointed by leftist presidents, agree on a case, there is no doubt that there is no doubt whatsoever that the case is Constitutionally valid. When the court isn't in complete agreement, that falls on differing opinions of the Constitution and its Bill of Rights in relation to the case before them.
The President of the United States is the absolute head of the Executive Branch and any federal agency that falls under the purview of the Executive Branch is subject to that branch's decision as to how many personnel work in the agency or whether such agency continues to exist.

Aww lighten up Clayton, it's the new Golden Age. :113:

The supreme court should be on the back of this mug

I ran your accusation of Trump burning the Constitution by Grok. Because, honestly, the claim is just that hyperbolic. So hysterically exaggerated, I didn't know where to begin.

"The phrase "burning the Constitution" is more emotional than factual, often used to amplify political disagreement. It’s less about legal analysis and more about expressing distrust in Trump’s approach to governance. Both sides have valid points: critics can argue he pushes boundaries, while defenders can counter that he operates within his constitutional rights. The truth lies in the messy middle—exaggeration doesn’t clarify it."

Pretty much as I saw it too.

You bloviate an awful lot for someone who doesn’t know anything about the subject matter.

The current SCOTUS has issued SOME decisions which you dislike (as if that means anything to them). So you attack them as if they did nothing but serve President Trump.

In reality (hey, the water’s fine; you should visit it someday), of course, they are finally being asked clearly to make decisions based on what the Constitution actually says. And to your horror, they are at long last doing so.

You and your idiot ilk prefer it when a liberal majority runs roughshod over the Constitution for your moronic goal of a socialist paradise.

So happy to see you disappointed.

Indeed, the SCOTUS has handed Trump unfavorable rulings several times now.

That is only 6 of the 9 SCOTUS judges, the latest KBJ doesn't even know what a woman is.

To be clear, for example, you don't oppose deporting illegal aliens to those countries, becasue of your stated reasons,

but because you are opposed to deporting any illegal aliens.

You want them all to stay, and to let the border remain open, because you hate American and Americans, especially white ones.

Is that not correct?
