A better solution is to support programs that help insure all Americans receive a quality K-12 education, that they are healthy and to reduce the costs of advanced education such as putting the first two years of college online.

Sure. When do I get my check for the indentured servitude of my Irish ancestors? What about the money Italy owes me for enslaving my northern European ancestors? Why are only you deserving of a paycheck?

IIRC, the Jews and Japanese were compensated for their confiscated property. It was restitution, not reparations. Slaves were sold by other African tribes to European ship owners. Have you tried to get reparations from those African tribes/nations?
