Ever rescue a kitty from the animal shelter? Donated money to a worthy cause? Volunteered at a tutoring place to help people with life skills? Help a 1-year-old standing on the hot pavement, crying because her feet were burning?

You must have done SOME good deeds.

I helped out at church alot. Donated to many charities that help animals. Never donated much to charities for people. I did contribute money for Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for needy folk.

Plenty of people find reward in their work, knowing they are creating something with value or provided a needed service.

My dad worked sun up to sun down. Mum had seven kids and did the books. no touchy feely stuff; just SOLID work for each other. We didn't just by what was missed; we didn't judge at all. We just loved each other warts and all.
