Yeah, it is a real thing, kind of like anorexia is a real thing. A person suffering from anorexia looks in the mirror and sees a fat person, despite many of them being vastly underweight. Should we acquise to their dellusions and put them on diets? Should a gastrointerologist perform bypass surgery? We recognize it as a disease or a dysphoria and treat it accordingly. Why can we not do the same with those suffering from a genter identity problem instead of acting as if they really are a woman when they are a biological man or vice versa. Seems all too logic to me. But I don’t expect the left to apply any real logic to anything that upsets their pre-conceived and ingrained ideological agenda.

a VESTIGIAL structure that does more harm than good. The foreskin,
IMVO (in my vaunted opinion) ---in the remote past, served a
protective function for our ape ancestors when they climbed trees.
It protected the glans from laceration. Since THE GARDEN OF EDEN,
it has no function because Adam got dressed in fig leaves. HOWEVER
it causes problems----it holds onto bacteria and viruses OR can become
infected leading to PHIMOSES (that results in strangulation of the
glans-----and even gangrene) ALSO uncircumcised males are more
likely to contract some STD's including AIDS. It also can lead to
increased problems for the PLAY DATE. in the form of infection---
even leading to cervical cancer. Gastric bypass does not fix a
DEFORMITY-----and it can result in some real problems---eg
Dumping syndrome (a malfunction of digestion) and B12
Deficiency (a whole story related to intrinsic factor---you need not
bother with it) -----Cosmetic surgery---if it does not fix a deformity,
-----is something like Lipstick--superfluous. -----and then there is
person tasked with examining "the patient" ----the first time I saw an
uncircumcised thingy-----I laughed---and retracting the foreskin is no
