Student Debt Forgiveness knocked down

That just means those kids will be extra motivated to show up next election.

Careful what you wish for.

Just means those kids need to be extra motivated to get off their ass and pay their debt that they agreed to incur and pay back, right, moocher?

Careful what you ask for.

So what are you saying, they want to be lied to again?

Nobody lied to them.

If they want to change the problem, they need to get out and vote.

Most of them will realize it and it will kind of suck to be your side.

Your party just chose banks over young people trying to start families. I'm not sure that ends well for you.

Your guys on SCOTUS just alienated women, minorities and young people trying to start families...

Who do you think is going to vote for you, exactly?

Is this your question?
Never said that they weren't.
Dumb ass.

So, the fact that anyone in any profession might be unemployed is NOT proof that education toward that profession is "worthless," right?

No, it's probably just easier to vote in people who will fix the problem of predatory banks.

For the record... I paid for my college by joining the National Guard and working two minimum wage jobs. During the time I was in college, both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer that eventually killed them. So yes, it would be very easy for me to say "suck it up".

Except- I went during a time where what I just described was possible. it really isn't today.

Fewer will go to college.
Think of the upside.

Instead of graduating with a 2.0 grade average in Gender Studies with $75,000 in debt, they can just skip that step and go work at Olive Garden like they were going to end up doing anyway.

They'll be better off for it too. :-)

It will be fun to see how Biden tries and spin this. He, Pelosi, Schumer ... are all already on the record that a President didn't have the power to do this.
He already knew he didn't have the power to do this.....he did it anyway...and caused untold harm to our nation.....this is something the Congress should have done.....

This is like Trump thinking he could have issued an all-out ban on Muslims....or DeSantis thinking he can just end birthright citizenship on his own....all of those things sound good, and probably are far more popular with voters than cancelling student loan debt -- but it will be struck down in court......

Do you often argue against your own strawmen? Isn't that rather boring?

I think the less people that go to college, the better we keep the current hierarchies in tact....

There is a reason why so many people believe the 50 and 60's where the good old days...because the right class of people were in the hierarchy....and for awhile, others knew their place and didn't try to strive to be in places they didn't belong..

The sooner we can roll back policies and culture to get us back to those times, the better...

Student loans are guaranteed by the government, which encourages the lenders to give them.

The taxpayers are on the hook if the borrower is a deadbeat- not a private lender.

The tax payers are on the hook when a deadbeat like Donald Trump declared bankruptcy 6 times.

The tax payers are on the hook when the banks are bailed out for trillions 4 times.

Try getting a job in analytics or informatics without a degree, these days it takes a Masters to get a good job in the field.
Yes, but those type of jobs shouldn't be going to people just because they are black.....and let's be honest, most of them are not intellectually capable enough to be in those positions...

We need to teach the blacks that it is ok to do menial jobs again.....we have allowed too many of them to get too uppity and they are reaching above their weight...

You guys and your "gender studies" bromides....don't you ever get tired of being a caricature?

Fewer Americans will go to college for any degree. What will corporate America do? Decide they don't need to hire engineers or systems analysts or the occasional gender studies graduate? Nope. They'll just import some from overseas and you'll be bitching that they are not hiring Americans.

Your self-fulfilling misery will never end.

In absolute terms, yes.
Now look at the percentages of unemployed students who majored in say, Romance languages, or everyones' favorite, Gender Studies.
Then asking if such degrees are "worth it" is a legitimate question.

He already knew he didn't have the power to do this.....he did it anyway...and caused untold harm to our nation.....this is something the Congress should have done.....

He was trying to juice up these idiot millennials ala AOC to vote in 2020 and 2022. And they bought it.

This is like Trump thinking he could have issued an all-out ban on Muslims....or DeSantis thinking he can just end birthright citizenship on his own....all of those things sound good, and probably are far more popular with voters than cancelling student loan debt -- but it will be struck down in court......

The birthright citizenship thing will be interesting. I'm hoping either DeSantis or Trump, whoever wins, has the ball to do it. Today's decision was a slam dunk. NFW did the Heros Act give Potatohead the

The SC case from the 1800sc that the left is relying on for birthright citizenship is shaky at best.

Sloppy Joe is on a jihad to burden the taxpayers with more debt and more inflation. He and the rest of the Dems / Marxists just can't help themselves.

The Hill reported:

President Biden on Friday will announce new actions to protect student loan borrowers following the Supreme Court ruling that struck down his student debt relief plan, according to a source within the White House.
“While we strongly disagree with the court, we prepared for this scenario. The President will have more to say today,” the source told The Hill. “The President will make clear he’s not done fighting yet, and will announce new actions to protect student loan borrowers.”
The president will also make “crystal clear” to student loan borrowers that “Republicans are responsible for denying them the relief that President Biden has been fighting to get to them,” according to the source.

Sure they were lied to....They were told that when the Mulatto Messiah nationalized the student loan grift, everything would be just peachy keen.

He relied upon the economic ignorance of them and boolicker chumps like you.
