this kind of thinking is dangerous

Trump was right about people on both sides...except he should have also said: "there are bad people on both sides", which i actually believe he did, but that didn't get attention

down with the violence of the right, down with the violence of the left!

I read somewhere that any reasonable person wouldn't believe it.
Said by an attorney.

Yup, tRump's former attorney.
MAGA
No, by her attorney, you uninformed cretin.

So, she didn't agree with what her attorney said. She should fire said attorney then. Maybe hire Rudy or Michael Cohen!!!
MAGA
either 1 of them are way smarter than you think you will ever be

Rump was cheated and defrauded out of his "win"?

Biggest pile of hor$e$hit I've heard in quite a while...

Surpassed in size only by the two-legged pile of hor$e$hit wearing an Orange Toupee who bloviated that this was the case...

Re-tards...

How many times have I told you courts will not hear it. Dumbass.

Well, all of the courts consider arguments plaintiffs petition to them.
If the case has little merit, if the pleadings or the described evidence is wrong or faulty or deemed noncredible, well, your pleading fails.

In short, poster Lastamender, the courts did consider the Elite Strike Force's cases. And by and large the courts thought these pleadings were too faulty to put on the docket. That's bad lawyering by the Strike Force. After all, in some cases they were presenting their pleadings to a judge that had been in put place by Trump.

To my non-lawyer eye it seems even those judges thought the cases brought before their courts were too weak to take up docket time.

If you are saying that all judges were crooked, paid-off, or too afraid to decide in Don Trump's favor.....well, I demur.

The anti-American Rubepublicans who hate the sovereign will of the people continue to believe The Big Lie because they’re emotional snowflakes who can’t process that their Orange God lost.

lol
Oh we can process it. You idiots look like MF fools out there. The world is laughing at that Vegetable and the dumb shit stains like yourself here

The world is laughing at Qult45. You dumb mouth breathers are comedy.
That does not change the fact there was massive fraud. Even it if were true.
Massive fraud is the retelling of the Big Lie.
No. It is the truth against the real big lie. Absolutely everything points to fraud. The withholding of ballots and machines. The censorship so fraud was not discussed and people like insisting there was not. If there was no fraud this would be over because cases with evidence would have been heard and machines would audited.

Then no fraud would be proven. That Democrats did nothing but yell traitor is obvious guilt. No scrutiny has been allowed, let alone transparency. They did nothing to prove election integrity.

No fraud was proven. The cases weren't heard because there was no evidence to prove the claims. FaceBook posts, and videos with conspiracy theory voice overs do no constitute "evidence" in a court of law.
If no evidence was heard how would you know that? You lose.

Because the Qult45 'evidence' is hearsay and butthurt? Yeah, that's definitely the case.
No it is not. The courts refused to hear it. Stop lying.
The courts needed proof to rule on not idiotic heresay.
Affidavits signed under oath are not "hearsay."
Yeah, about those affidavits that were never used in the court filings.

Why was that?

Judges were afraid to hear the cases. Either out of hate for Trump, corruption or intimidation. Those are the facts and does not change the fact evidentiary hearings were denied. All you have is corrupt people saying fraud did not happen. That means even less than you do.

She can do whatever she wishes with her lawyer. It is called attorney client privilege.

The evidence wasn’t of sufficient value.

Why is that hard for you idiots to understand?

"Judges were afraid to hear the cases."

So 90+ judges were afraid?
OK, got it.
Who knew?

Good luck in your quest to convince folks you are right.
Gogit'em tiger.
There are plenty here that are convinced. Convinced long before they read my posts about it. Because they followed the story and got information Big Tech censored and the MSM refused to report on.

They watched the State legislatures hearing affidavits and data experts and computer experts. It was very convincing because it had the truth behind it. That is why 7 states picked alternative electors.

There aren’t “convinced” people, just believers in the lie.

That is the fucking stupidest thing I've heard in a long time.

And that's saying something, given that this place is an ocean of Trumptard stupidity.

And, so? Why?

The question to those Elite Strike Force lawyers by the guy who writes their checks (and, those duped & snookered who sent in their hard earned cash) should have been: WHY aren't you finding and presenting compelling enough evidence to get us to a trial? Get us to one trial in over 60 courtrooms?

Jesus H! team!......you've gone before close to 100 judges, some of which I personally appointed myself.....and you still can't get us to the trial stage?
Judges can simply dismiss a case for a dozen different reasons and, like arguing with your father,
the judge is ALWAYS right because the judge says so.
And many judges always find folding cash that they can stuff in their pockets a very compelling reason to
stick it to Trump and dismiss yet another case.

If there ever was a compelling reason to hear a case it was brought by Texas and signed on to by 22 different states and yet John Roberts found several lame excuses to NOT even hear the case.
It was only the presidency of the United States he couldn't be bothered with! Here's some of the
"legal reasoning" John Roberts found compelling. Column: Chief Justice John Roberts, please do America a favor and make Donald Trump go away

Wrong court (it was absolutely not). What Pennsylvania does with their election laws does not effect
the plaintiffs (obviously pure bullshit, what happened in the swing states effected Texas and other
states very very much). Etc.

The problem was not the cases per se. It was judges who refused to even consider the cases
brought before them.
I recall some judges simply dismissed cases without any comment at all. It was just fuck you and goodbye. Period!

If it is, you need to start reading your posts. Mine pale in comparison.

It appears that the propaganda on the election from the Democrat Reich isn't working:

The latest evidence from Rasmussen Reports:
By a margin of 51%-44%, voters said it is “likely” that cheating affected the outcome. That included 74% of Republicans and 30% of Democrats. Some 47% said it is likely Democrats stole or destroyed ballots for former President Donald Trump. That included 75% of Republicans and 30% of Democrats. An even 50% said that it is unlikely ballots were destroyed. It is the latest survey to show that much of the nation is stuck in neutral when it comes to moving past the 2020 election, especially Republicans.
Trump has done little to help them move forward, as recently as last weekend claiming anew that Democrats and President Joe Biden robbed his reelection.
That issue has been fed by continued controversies over balloting and election reform and the partisan fight over the impact of the Georgia voting changes. Liberals, most recently actor Will Smith, have fallen in line to decry the changes.
However, a nonpartisan state-by-state review of election laws reported on by Secrets yesterday said that Georgia is in the group of states with the easiest election rules. Delaware, home to Biden, was not.
The survey also looked at election laws and found that voters want cheating eliminated from the system far more than making it easier to vote. And they demand voter identification.
Rasmussen said: “Asked which is more important, making it easier for everybody to vote, or making sure there is no cheating in elections, 60% of Likely Voters say it’s more important to prevent cheating, while 37% said it’s more important to make it easier to vote.
“Only 22% of voters say it is currently too hard to vote, while 34% said it’s too easy to vote, and 41% say the level of difficulty in voting is about right.”

And that's WITH their bullshit polling methods
