If the case has little merit, if the pleadings or the described evidence is wrong or faulty or deemed noncredible, well, your pleading fails.

In short, poster Lastamender, the courts did consider the Elite Strike Force's cases. And by and large the courts thought these pleadings were too faulty to put on the docket. That's bad lawyering by the Strike Force. After all, in some cases they were presenting their pleadings to a judge that had been in put place by Trump.

To my non-lawyer eye it seems even those judges thought the cases brought before their courts were too weak to take up docket time.

If you are saying that all judges were crooked, paid-off, or too afraid to decide in Don Trump's favor.....well, I demur.

The question to those Elite Strike Force lawyers by the guy who writes their checks (and, those duped & snookered who sent in their hard earned cash) should have been: WHY aren't you finding and presenting compelling enough evidence to get us to a trial? Get us to one trial in over 60 courtrooms?

Judges can simply dismiss a case for a dozen different reasons and, like arguing with your father,
the judge is ALWAYS right because the judge says so.
And many judges always find folding cash that they can stuff in their pockets a very compelling reason to
stick it to Trump and dismiss yet another case.

If there ever was a compelling reason to hear a case it was brought by Texas and signed on to by 22 different states and yet John Roberts found several lame excuses to NOT even hear the case.
It was only the presidency of the United States he couldn't be bothered with! Here's some of the

Wrong court (it was absolutely not). What Pennsylvania does with their election laws does not effect
the plaintiffs (obviously pure bullshit, what happened in the swing states effected Texas and other
states very very much). Etc.

The problem was not the cases per se. It was judges who refused to even consider the cases
brought before them.
I recall some judges simply dismissed cases without any comment at all. It was just fuck you and goodbye. Period!

Some 47% said it is likely Democrats stole or destroyed ballots for former President Donald Trump. That included 75% of Republicans and 30% of Democrats. An even 50% said that it is unlikely ballots were destroyed. It is the latest survey to show that much of the nation is stuck in neutral when it comes to moving past the 2020 election, especially Republicans.​

Trump has done little to help them move forward, as recently as last weekend claiming anew that Democrats and President Joe Biden robbed his reelection.​
