actually, not. The word "anti-Semite" was coined specifically to mean "anti-Jew" -- you can check the history of the word. In fact, most would say that "semite" references a language group, not groups of people. So trying to co-opt a biblical concept ("sem-") export it and use it in that way and not in the way that the word and its root were coined is wrong.The Semites are many more people besides Jews: Arabs, North Africans, etc. Antijudaism would be more accurate in the usual context of antisemitism.
