Not true. They may not be getting treated fairly but that’s not the same as not getting any due process. For example, they get lawyers for free if they can’t afford to hire their own.

It doesn't matter the length, the transgression against their constitutional rights remains the same.

I hate to say it. I really do. But lots of people get held, pre-trial, on bail they can’t afford for a motherfucking long ass time. It isn’t just the 1/6 defendants.

That said, most of them shouldn’t even have had bail set.
