Well of course they are frustrated.

However, the Federal solution is a Constitutional Amendment, and there is no national consensus on a stance that could possibly gain enough legislative support in Congress or the fifty States to pass an Amendment.

The ENTIRE Left's position on human reproduction denies the elements of (a) personal responsibility, and (b) medical means of preventing conception. If they put as much effort - and money - into promoting responsible reproductive behavior as they do fighting for a non-existent "right," abortions would be unnecessary, except among the mentally retarded.

Or maybe that's where we are now.
