Designed by whom?Abortion is up to the states as designed.
What is not correct in this statement? Not correct, but doesn't matter as that doesn't change the rule of law.
By the law States should decide on abortion
You missed the point again, on purpose.Do I believe WAPO over a CONVICTED FELON? Yea.
Not correct, but doesn't matter as that doesn't change the rule of law. Abortion is up to the states as designed.
Abortion was ruled a States' issue. Get over it. Also, what about the other half of the dna contribution? The MALE sperm donor. Don't you think HE should have more say than a doctor? The 'person being born' cannot speak for themself. I am glad though, that you consider the Fetus a person. Why is the state involved in preventing reasonable access to a medical procedure that is the safest way for a woman to terminate an unwanted pregnancy within a few weeks after finding out she is pregnant?
I ask given this example of who is involved;

Why are mostly white Republican politicians who have a Biblical world view getting themselves involved in the very private matter as defined in post Sneydn00001 shown immediately above.
Licensing the medical procedure of abortion is a State matter. However forcing full term gestation on women by banning a safe medical procedure women may choose to avoid the risk of giving birth is a violation of woman’s rights including unlawful search and seizure by the government of her reproductive organs as if they are the property of the church and state.Abortion was ruled a States' issue.
There are no States that completely ban abortion. Many have imposed time limits. Others have pending legislation to challenge these limited abortion laws. The States are working it out and it's going fine.Licensing the medical procedure of abortion is a State matter. Six Catholics decided Dobbs to placate the religious right and it is a huge constitutional. legal and human rights blunder.
Instead of protecting the individual reproductive right of women to have absolute control over their own body, the Dobbs Catholics gave women’s bodies to elected state politicians who believe the Holy Bible is a higher law than the Constitution
There are no States that completely ban abortion.
Did you take government in school, and study the separation of State and Federal power?Designed by whom?
Because that is the way the laws are drawn up. There is a separation of State and Federal power as, hopefully, was taught in school. Hopefully they didn't stop teaching this. I am not arguing for or against abortion, just on the law and how State and Fed are separated. This is the United States of America, and it was designed this way.Why is the state involved in preventing reasonable access to a medical procedure that is the safest way for a woman to terminate an unwanted pregnancy within a few weeks after finding out she is pregnant?

Because states are not run by "white Christian nationalist Republicans". But even if they were we are to follow the laws as they are laid out and not just hope the fed takes over and does what we personally want. What is not correct in this statement?
Abortion is gone in states run by white Christian nationalist Republicans.
Separation of state and federal power has nothing to do with the question as asked regarding your statement expressing as some sort of fact that abortion is up to the states as designed. Designed by whom or what statute since the right for a person to terminate her own pregnancy is not addressed in the Constitution. It can therefore be considered by individuals who become pregnant to be an unenumerated right falling under the human rights principle of right to privacy and right to bodily autonomy and protection against government intrusion on one’s lawful pursuit of life liberty and happiness.Did you take government in school, and study the separation of State and Federal power?

They may or may not stop at prohibition of sperm spillage onto any object or vessel that is not an ovulating capable vaginaNow they are coming for birth control.
Republicans block bill to protect contraception access as Democrats make election-year push
Senate Republicans have blocked legislation designed to protect women’s access to contraception, amid the Democrats' push of reproductive rights as a key election-year issue.apnews.com
Next up, mandatory reporting on pregnancies.
Abortion laws are not laid out in the Constitution or in laws on the books in colonial America. The best way to settle it is to go back to common law that was in effect during the framing of the Constitution when one desires to be a true originalist.Because states are not run by "white Christian nationalist Republicans". But even if they were we are to follow the laws as they are laid out and not just hope the fed takes over and does what we personally want.
Apparently different States don’t consider abortion a medical procedure. Pregnancy is not a disease. It is not really about state’s rights to regulate a medical procedure. It’s the cult like white Christian nationalist Republican Party obsession to save baby fetus lives. From the moment of conception through church/state siezure of women’s bodies when they realize they are pregnant.
See Bold: Republican Religious fanatics do not give a shit about our democratic institutions and will not stop until the God of Abraham can be pleased with them. In their religion brainwashed minds of course.
After big loss, Ohio Republicans say their anti-abortion assault will never end
After Ohioans voted to enshrine abortion rights in their state constitution, several state lawmakers are vowing to keep up the fight.www.msnbc.comUnlike the language of this proposal, we want to be very clear. The vague, intentionally deceptive language of Issue 1 does not clarify the issues of life, parental consent, informed consent, or viability including Partial Birth Abortion, but rather introduces more confusion. This initiative failed to mention a single, specific law. We will do everything in our power to prevent our laws from being removed based upon perception of intent. We were elected to protect the most vulnerable in our state, and we will continue that work.
Which states are those Saint Leo?Apparently different States don’t consider abortion a medical procedure. Pregnancy is not a disease.
