I find those who spend much time telling people how God will judge them should spend more in humble self-reflecttion.

True that humbleness is definitely an attribute that gains favor with Christ, but speaking in favor of Christ regardless of anyone who doesn't like it, uhhhh shifts the burden of humbleness over onto the listeners of the one who speaks from the word in truth and in kindness. Humbleness brings about peaceful and rational minded thought, and it helps a person in the understanding of what's being read or spoken from the word to them. There is no other way to look at it.
If a person being spoken too is somehow irrational or wrong in their return speak, then humbleness and meekness in order to correct the person is a good way to go forward, but it should never be taken as a weakness.
