I don't care if you take back anything. Almost all companies that fail is the fault of bad management. Maybe small percentage, very small go under because of anyone's policy.

IT IS NOW OVER $250 BILLION AND STILL NOT OPERATIONAL.
Maybe some of that $220 BILLION IN COST OVERRUNS could have been used to help failing businesses.
