Spirit had almost $15 billion of debt and future obligations on the books when it finally gave up.

That’s because SPIRIT executives blamed the bankruptcy on higher fuel prices. Are you saying that Spirit is LYING about the causes of their failure?

Spirit was holding on until Trump’s failed war raised fuel prices.

And just for the record, Jet Blue was going to cancel Spirit flights to cities where they ran routes, raising prices for consumers and reducing competitive choice too. That’s why they weren’t allowed to buy out their biggest competition in these markets.
