And there are no shortage of fascists and oppressors who will get you to sign any documents even if you have done no wrong or if there are other things that have caused any issue for those documents to be served. The irony here is so sweet. Biden has nothing to worry about since he has 2 good options thanks to Trump:

1. Issue an Executive Order telling everyone in his administration to burn all records. As an official act, Biden would be immune to prosecution.
2. Box up any records he wants and hide them in his home or garage. If the FBI comes looking, he can lie about it.

Quite true, but there is no official investigation open, no hearings scheduled, no witnesses called. Until that occurs this is just a blanket BS blanket letter, basically saying they should do what is normally required, with nothing to say they would not or had not been doing so, in the normal course of government business. I will say this. It is doubtful President Biden will load up a bunch of government, non-personal, or classified documents to ship to his house in Delaware. And, of course, we are all aware the Supremes have made Presidential acts, difficult, if not impossible to prosecute, basically above the law.
