One difference is that the therapy that works on healing criminal illness
is completely voluntary, natural and never coercive.

See for example David Berkowitz formerly the "Son of Sam" serial killer, and how he talks about his experience and transformation -- totally freely by spiritual change, and he is a new person. Same with Karla Faye Tucker.

These methods of spiritual healing can be studied and replicated through formal medical research. It is just a matter of time to see if America gets it together or China implements it first to handle the needs of their mass population.

Since the truly effective natural therapy involves deep spiritual processes over long periods of time, this is private and individualized for each person and not something that can be forced or mandated.

It takes longer to prove how the therapy works "by free will"
Because people "can't be forced" to consider or look at proof of how it works, much less believe it.
