Castaway Diva staring Park Eun-bin is a a beautiful and inspiring story showcasing the struggle and merits of chasing your dreams and the value of loving family bonds. Fifteen years after being stranded on a remote island, an aspiring young singer reenters society to pursue her dream of becoming a diva. Once off the island she begins a search for the boy that helped her escape from an abusive father. That leads to mystery, murder, and threats on her life and her adopted family. There is romance but it doesn't dominate the story.
In addition to being an award-winning actress Park Eun-bin is has a beautiful voice which uses in several songs. She is also the star of the Netflix comedy Extraordinary Attorney Woo and the drama, The Kings Affection. Except for the songs, the movie is dubbed in English.
