We all realize that Justice Sotomayor was appointed by President Obama, not because she was a legal scholar but because she was of a certain ethnicity.

So her rulings should not surprise anyone.

If Trump wins a 2nd term and takes the congress on his coat tails, the 1st thing he should do is have congress pass a law that the SC can only be this big, and set a mandatory retirement age for SC justices.

While none of that would affect her, it would open up 2 justice spots, (Thomas RBG) for replacement with younger justices. And then for congress to change it back to allow more justices, they would have to win in Washington.

We have heard and read throughout history of many SC justices who really were not writing their opinions, it was their clerks.

HELLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Congress did NOT confirm their clerks!

To me, this just seems like a logical extension of what to do, because I am here to tell you, that if a Leftist gets in, he/she is going to INCREASE the SC ala what FDR tried, to push his/her agenda through against the original intent of the Constitution. Hell, some of them on the debate stage, are already talking about it!
