Of course no. This war was started exactly because of NATO involvement in situation in Ukraine and it would be stupid to expect that NATO won't be involved and will alleviate immediately. There were three basic scenarios - optimistic, in which NATO countries are not involved at all, and Russia got a mutually acceptable peace agreement with Kievan regime. Realistic, in which NATO is involved in more or less Cold War Level, and in which we keep this conflict at the level of military operation or local war. And pessimistic, with direct military involvement of NATO countries, in which conflict escalates to the level of a regional or even large-scale war.
Right now, this conflict is going by realistic (close to optimistic) scenario.
