Something has to give.

Sounds like this nation does not have one president, but a hell of a lot more in black robes as paid judges.
The simple fact is judges are called upon to enforce the law when the prez breaks it. It's just not that complicated.

I'm not sure it's really illegal. They deported him to the wrong country. They've said it El Salvadore returned him, he'd be deported elsewhere.
One of the problems is that other countries won't take gangbangers like Garcia.

Kidding? The state, in this case the trump regime, is in violation of court orders. What's up with you folks that you can't comprehend the demonstrable truth?
Well when Trump gets up to the Biden count of 133 times he got told what to do by a court, then we can start counting up for Trump.

Normally they'd be no question about the eventual compliance of the executive branch to judicial orders. These aren't normal times. My feeling is trump will relent at some point. But I have to acknowledge anything is possible.

Do you have a link for that whataboutism?

What cracks me up is the American democrats media. "Maryland man"? What part of Central America is Maryland?

This page includes an overview of notable multistate lawsuits filed against the federal government during President Joe Biden's (D) administration. Multistate lawsuits are legal actions involving two or more state attorneys general. By the end of his term in office, 133 multistate lawsuits were filed against the Biden administration.[1][2]

It's a constitutional crisis any time the executive branch refuses to comply with a court order that has not been stayed or overturned.
Those are not elected officials, they are Judges appointed by progressive screwballs, to screw the US. Choose a side, I realize you have lost your mind over Trump being good for America, the country you hate, but seriously. MOVE

Judges can no longer be trusted when it comes to anything involving Trump. We saw that with Boasburg and all the lawfare against Trump.

We probably always have had that, and judges make mistakes too.

But the facts are that the guy fits deportable criteria. His wife charged him with assault, and he's been arrested for suspected human trafficking. He probably shouda been deported to some other third world country willing to take him.

Who wants to prove it was Trump that deported him?

The media cracks me up. Maryland man they bellow? Well turns out he is back living in his own home country.

Look at what happened when a gop president sent in first the natl guard and later a D sent in the fucking 82nd AB to enforce integration. Public opinion was clear. And MLK, Jr. won, sorta.

trump is in violation of multiple court orders but you're focusing on where media stories say Garcia is from? Must be a cult thing.

oh come on. "Maryland man" seems to connote the guy was american. he's not. And he should have been deported to some third country years ago.

Do you really think enough people give a shit about Garcia to make this a "constitutional crisis?"

The guy came here to claim amnesty status what .... THIRTEEN years ago. Shuda been sent back years ago. there's enough in his traffic stop to justify revoking a US citizen's parole or suspended sentence with no right to a jury, just a judge saying .... yeah, he may have committed a crime, so fucked he is.
I don't think that is the point...

Courts say do something, you do it....

This is about fuck your opinion, this is the law...

And Andrew Jackson established the Courts should not be issuing orders it cannot enforce. Both Maga and the Progs agree on one thing: immigration laws are fucked up.
Courts are there to intrepid the law...

Are you saying the courts should have their own enforcement force?

No matter what we think of the laws, there are ways to change them... Courts intrepid the laws on the books today...
