Some of us have referred to the constant chaos trump creates. This is what we mean.

Europe hits back at ‘pure tariff chaos’ from the U.S., warning trade deals are at risk

Europe has warned that trade deals struck with the U.S. could now be at risk after President Donald Trump unveiled a new global 15% tariff on all imports at the weekend.

Trump’s move came after the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday struck down his global tariffs policy, implemented last spring, that had upset the long-standing global trading order.

The president reacted to the Supreme Court’s judgment by initially announcing a new universal 10% levy, using a different legal framework for the latest tariffs, but then increased the global tariff rate to 15% — the legal maximum which can be in place for 150 days before Congressional approval is required.

The new import duties are “effective immediately,” Trump said in a Truth Social post on Saturday.

Officials in Europe and London expressed alarm and consternation at the latest upheaval in global trade relations, saying Trump’s new tariff policy could upend trade deals signed with the U.S. last year.

This is no way to run a country. But it is the trumpian way. Policies being whipsawed, erratic behavior, decisions untethered to rationality driven by anger, unpredictability at every turn. No one knows what trump will do from day to day...........including him.

Hillary was right. He is temperamentally unfit to lead. His abilities lie with writing crazy social media posts in the early morning hours, grifting, and posting juvenile videos. Not being a responsible adult who was elected to solve the nation's problems. In part because he has no interest in doing so unless there is something in it for him.

thats the way most politicians are berg, including yours....yea i know they told you different...

Dude, can't you do better than that? How about admitting trump's unconstitutional tariffs have created uncertainty. Can you manage that?
Uncertainty is exactly what he was shooting for. It has forced countries to renegotiate trade deals so they have certainty. The days of letting the world bend us over and grab our ankles are over, but you clowns are fighting it at every turn. Why? Because your Cult hates America.

Those who oppose these tariffs have still not shown the math on how a 30% tariff on imported Chinese steel is bad for those posting to this forum.

I am just asking for you to explain the negative economic impact to US citizens with specific empirical data.
Higher steel and aluminum costs would hit construction, auto, packaging, appliances, machinery, oil and gas, and electrical industries the hardest. Aluminum makes up around 80 percent of an airframe’s weight and—along with steel—a quarter of Coca-Cola packaging, meaning tariffs could make American planes and drinks pricier on the global market. Building a car, similarly, takes about half a ton of steel, so a 50 percent tariff could add over $2,000 in production costs per vehicle.

If the country buying our stuff has a tariff on them, their costs go up, right?

So they will come down with a fair trade deal.

Only this time he can't lie on the numbers to borrow money from a bank. Our former overseas friends are selling our bonds, not buying them.
I think, hope, that they'll be willing to forgive us - assuming we can pull back from the brink. But I'm not sure we can do that.

Yeah, I hope so too. But between watching overseas commentary and talking with overseas friends and family, I'm not as hopeful as I used to be.

They gave us a pass for electing him once. But he's gone so far over the top in his second season term that they're now looking at us sideways, not just him.

And they have every right to. As a society, we're all responsible for letting Trump represent us. We're accountable for the leaders we elect.

It may make things more geopolitically difficult, but as an American consumer, I don't see a lot of difference between his tariffs and a left-wing minimum wage hike. They both decrease purchasing power.

Hopefully, they take to heart how massively unpopular he is outside of the cult.

Not for the people getting the pay raise.

EU postpones vote on U.S. trade deal after Trump’s latest tariff threat

Libs want free trade with china and managed decline

And they see china as their ally against trump
This is your problem...

Trump is the most pro China US President in modern history if not all time.

First he gave China a huge win by pulling out of TPP three days after getting into office because China had too much power in controlling it. Then someone told him China weren't even a member.

He has gone from there to a retreat for competing for natural resources in Africa and other regions. This has given China almost a monopoly to rare earth metals to the point US can't built even military equipment without help from China.

This is Trump's Presidency, talk tough but turn over and show you belly on the first sign of threat. China has increased the trade deficit and Trump has increased the deficit.

Trump and Ivanka took money from China and possibly still are... Trump is clearly on the take and has enriched himself $1.4bn already in his first year of office, he most successful year at accumulating money and assets. Foreign governments know this and there are many willing to pay him off using Crypto, 'Presidential Library", Truth Social shares,.... These are scams...

So please stop with your China crap, Trump sold out to them in the first term...

Seriously no ******* clue...

If you have a guy who is a supplier... He is constantly changing prices, rude, threatening delivery....
You might tolerate him for a while but you are looking for a new more reliable supplier..

None of your predictions on this issue has come true. So there is no reason to listen to you now.
