The Director of the World Health Organization commented in public that the Chinese political system was easily able to put itself in the forefront of the now Pandemic response. That was after everyone else had already noticed that the Chinese political system had not been, in fact, to urgent about its relatively command-control response. For its part, The U.S. Nationalist Supremacist, Supreme Leader Trump, was absolutely Chinese about his own initial sense of urgency. He even appointed Vice President Pence to take the blame for it(?), acting indecisively, three months later.
