I think is more popular than you give him credit for, mostly because he’s not your typical politician. I do think he may have an ego problem, either that or he just doesn’t know to to portray himself as a humble man. I’ve never thought he came off as “presidential”, which I think you need to do if you are going to be president.

I think he is tarnished enough and the media has done a good enough job on his image that he’s probably not electable and needs to step out of the way for someone like desantis.
